Business Development Executive

Help build an Exclusive Business Community of clients, strategic partners and referrers for our dynamic law firm in N.W. London.

This job is ideal for you if you are an enthusiastic, charismatic, and outgoing personality with a passion for forging connections with businesspeople, clients, and professionals.

Your role will enable you to build upon your social, networking and marketing skills by:

  • Leading and taking responsibility for the marketing activities of the firm,
  • Building a community of prospective and actual clients, referrers and strategic partners, and
  • Ensuring that clients experience an exceptional journey from start to finish (onboarding to testimonials).

You will be reporting directly to the managing director, and you would also support him in his strategic  leadership role, by also managing external and internal communications, diaries, training and development, quality control, risk management and HR issues.

You will need to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent, self-motivated, conscientious, trustworthy and have good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem solving.
