Daksha started a legal career at a very small practice in Stoke Newington known as Kumar and Partners and gradually worked her way up to larger City legal firms namely Bischoff and Co and Rowe and Maw. It gave her greater confidence and insight into how smaller firms work in comparison to the large firms. Moving on from the time of the old ribbon style typewriter to the more modern technology!
She then took a slight break from legal and offered her services to work for the famous BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir in Neasden during their construction from 1992 – 1995. From 2003 to 2018 worked with Hussein Juma initially at Law Partnership until 2006 and then at Juma Law Practice. She is currently working for Hussein at Vyman Solicitors.
Daksha is a pro-active member at the BAPS Swaminarayan Mandir in Neasden. Daksha enjoys entertaining and socialising with family and friends and has a great passion for cooking and gardening. Daksha also enjoys going away on retreats and spending quality time with family.
