Jessica is a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and has completed MA Law (Conversion) with Distinction from the University of Law, London. She has also completed her Masters in Law from the University of Mumbai and is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.

She is known for her meticulous attention to detail and effective problem solving ability and she prides herself in ensuring that clients operate within the bounds of legal compliance, mitigating risks effectively. Jessica has hands-on experience dealing with a diverse clientele, including reputable companies in India and overseas, completing diverse high-value transactions. She advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters.
