Kirsty is a Trainee Solicitor in our ‘Divorce and Family’ team. Kirsty joined The Sethi Partnership Solicitors in November 2019. She worked at Downs Solicitors for three years prior to this. She assists our Matrimonial solicitor; Shreeti Rajdev on a variety of family law issues including: divorce, dissolution, separation, financial matters arising from a relationship breakdown, pre/postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, injunctions, TOLATA claims and child arrangements.
