What You’ll Do.
- Handle residential transactions from instruction to completion.
- Managing sales, purchases, leases and remortgages efficiently.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
- Conducting title investigations and dealing with land registry applications.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other parties involved in the process.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, remortgages and leasehold
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, commercial mindset
- Ambition to grow, develop, and contribute to the firm’s wider success
