Sugina and Priyanka are absolute stars. We could not recommend Sugina and Priyanka more. We had a bit of a crisis with my wife's visa due to administrative errors by the Home Office - her visa end date was set six months before the start date. Other firms were dismissive (even though this triggered all sorts of erroneous warnings for my wife to leave the country etc) and the Home Office did not offer any immediate way to fix this error via their online systems. Enter Sugina and Priyanka from Vymans, who were were absolute stars. Sugina managed to calm our rather panicked selves down, and set the ball in motion immediately. In the end, they were able to get it all fixed in less than 48 hours and also got us a refund on administrative fees that the Home Office made us pay for their mistake. Priyanka also kept us updated about developments at all times, which was great because we were both quite stressed about the situation. As long as they are still with Vymans, we know who we will be going to for help with immigration matters.

We had an extremely positive interaction with Vyman. I cannot recommend the team (particularly Sugina and Priyanka) enough. We had a problem my wife's spouse visa application — due to a clerical error, it was granted with an end date before the start date, meaning that it was invalid from the day it was granted. We had engaged another legal firm to prepare the initial visa application but they proved very hard to contact and were very un-bothered by what seemed to us to be an emergency situation (they said someone would get back to us 'when the could', i.e. no clear timeline). However, with my wife's University telling her that with no valid visa they would have to report her to the Home Office and remove her from her PhD course, it certainly felt like an emergency! After undertaking our own attempt at research, we could not find a way to report the kind of error, which was not apparently covered by the Home Office standard reporting mechanisms.Upon making contact with the Vyman team, Sugina immediately put us at ease by explaining the next steps. She and Priyanka set out to solve the problem the very same day: they are quickly able to get this problem fixed for us, cost-free by the Home Office, and also provided the necessary bridging documents to convince my wife's University to give us time to get the matter smoothed over. Sugina and Priyanka were both great at regular and timely communication and at explaining every step of the process to us as they worked. We are very, very grateful for their assistance.
