Cormac did a first class job of representing us over a dispute with a neighbour. He was excellent in terms of the advice given and putting into action a plan which worked despite dealing with a very difficult individual who was seeking damages against us. He was honest in his appraisal of the risks involved as well as the costs but without his guidance the outcome could been far worse. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
