A pretty complicated one. Apart from the fact that she knows exactly what she is doing the most impressive was how quick she got things done. Found a buyer for my lease 2nd week of March 2026. Lease was sold and money in my account by 27th April 2026. And thats taking into account it was Easter holiday and the buyers solicitor was away for a good chunk so no communications from that side. This level of speed is unheard of when it comes to selling of commercial lease. Amazing. Would really highly recommend.
