We charge a fixed fee on a sliding scale, dependent on the value of the property concerned, as follows:

|£600,000 to £700,000||£1,575 + VAT|
|£700,000 to £800,000||£1,775 + VAT|
|£800,000 to £900,000||£1,975 + VAT|
|£900,000 to £1 million||£2,225 + VAT|
|£1million and above||0.25 % of the property value|
The above quotes apply to freehold properties. Where the property is leasehold there will be an additional charge of £150 + VAT.
For New Build properties the above quotes will be increased by 25%, subject to a minimum charge of £1,250 + VAT.
For Expedited transactions the above quotes will also be increased by 25%.
For a residential re-mortgage the fee will be half that of the above quote.
The above quotes do not include the payment of disbursements, such as (where applicable) search fees, Land Registry fees and acting for the mortgage lender. This also does not include the payment of any SDLT which will be payable in addition.
Residential property work will typically take between 10 and 16 weeks but this is largely dependent on third parties and may take longer. We will provide you with estimates of how long the matter is anticipated to take and keep you updated as the matter progresses.
