Based in Harrow, this role offers the chance to work on high-quality matters without the rigidity or culture of large firms. You’ll join a team that’s collaborative, ambitious and invested in client success.
What You’ll Do
- Act on a range of commercial property matters including:
- Freehold/leasehold property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals.
- Lease extensions and renewals (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Development work, site set-up, and due diligence
- Financing and refinancing (acting for lenders and borrowers)
- Conduct due diligence, title investigations and property searches.
- Advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors on their legal rights and obligations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial property law
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and referrers.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the team, with input into systems, strategy and service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Experience with landlords, tenants, developers and lenders
- Strong communication and commercial awareness
- Someone proactive, dependable and ready to make an impact
