We’re now seeking a Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to take on a key role in a department with real momentum – with autonomy, vision, and room to grow.
What You’ll Do
You’ll lead on a diverse portfolio of matters including:
- Complex wills and estate planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Probate and estate administration (including taxable estates)
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Asset protection and succession planning for business owners and high-net-worth clients
- Working towards leading the department.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years’ PQE in Private Client work
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts
- Excellent drafting ability and confident client care
- A commercial mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and professionals
- STEP qualification
