Kathia is an Apprentice Paralegal in the Residential Property team at Vyman Solicitors, working closely with Priti Patel and supporting clients through a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions.

Having completed her LLB (Hons), Kathia developed a particular interest in residential property law. She initially joined Vyman for work experience, where she gained first-hand insight into the conveyancing process and the work of the Residential Property team. Following this experience, she progressed into a Assistant Paralegal role with the firm.

Kathia supports clients throughout the property transaction, from initial instruction through to completion. Her role includes preparing legal documentation, responding to enquiries and liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents to help keep transactions progressing efficiently.

She understands that buying or selling a property can be a significant milestone for clients and takes an organised, approachable and client-focused approach to her work. Working alongside Vyman’s experienced Residential Property solicitors, Kathia continues to build her knowledge and practical experience across residential conveyancing matters.
