Priti was admitted to the roll in 1991 after completing her training with a regional firm, Pictons. In 1993 she joined PKP French where she later became the Principle Residential Property Partner.

Priti has over 25-years’ experience in dealing with Residential Conveyancing matters and covers all aspects of work in this area. As well as dealing with the standard Conveyancing transactions, Priti also deals with New Development, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Staircasing matters.

Priti is committed to her clients, many of whom came to her as a result of referrals from existing clients, well-known property developers and professional recommendations. Her expertise extends to managing a portfolio of clients who are spread across the UK and the globe – key regions being China, Australia, UAE, Kenya and USA – making herself available for enquiries outside of normal office hours and keeping her clients up to date throughout the transaction, providing a high-quality service which is aided by use of the latest technology and security management.
