Experience
Kajal’s legal career began at Dentons where she completed her training. At Dentons, she developed a variety of skills and discovered an interest in corporate and property work. She later worked for Reynolds Porter Chamberlain on qualification, getting to grips with the demands of a busy team and building on her knowledge.
Kajal takes pride in being approachable to her clients and taking the time to provide explanations when clients are unfamiliar with the process. She understands the importance of being proactive, driving transactions forward and finding commercial solutions to suit all parties in addition to advising on legal aspects of a matter. When dealing with her transactions, she aims to also take into consideration the practical implications of property or business matters. She deals with asset/share purchases and sales, commercial remortgages, leases and commercial property acquisitions.
Personal
Kajal enjoys hiking, travelling to destinations off the beaten path and going to the theatre. She also enjoys singing and is a fan of all music. When not reading legal documents, she is likely to be found curled up with a novel.
