Harpal is a senior solicitor within the criminal defence department having trained and developed with the firm for over 15 years.
He is adept at representing clients from the police station stage through to trials in the Magistrates Court and beyond. His skills have been especially proven to representing clients with cognitive and behavioural difficulties as well as ensuring overall client care throughout his career. His clients have ranged vastly from young children with neuro-diverse challenges to adults with clinically diagnosed mental health conditions.
 
Harpal is especially proud that he has never shied away from a case, (no matter how challenging it may appear at the start) and his impressive success rate from day one of his practice. Highlights include a pivotal role in the defence of a murder suspect ultimately acquitted of the offence at trial by jury. Harpal represented and advised the client from day one at the police station, in the Magistrates Court and through the Crown Court trial process.
