Corporate and Commercial SolicitorWith a growing portfolio of commercial clients and entrepreneurial business owners, we’re expanding our Corporate & Commercial team at Vyman Solicitors and looking for a skilled solicitor who’s ready for more responsibility, more variety and a more human approach to practice.
This is an opportunity to work with a senior team that values initiative, client care, and forward-thinking legal advice. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow our commercial offering while building strong relationships with ambitious clients.
What You’ll Do
- Advise on a broad range of company commercial matters including share and business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, restructures and company law issues
- Work closely with business owners, directors, and entrepreneurs to provide clear, strategic legal advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with high standards of service and communication
- Play a part in business development and firm-wide growth initiatives
- Work autonomously while also collaborating with colleagues across departments
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years PQE in commercial or corporate law
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- A commercial mindset and genuine interest in business
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working directly with client
- Self-motivated, well-organised and proactive in approach
