Ana–Maria is a Corporate Associate at Vyman Solicitors, advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and general company law. She works with a diverse client base, from emerging businesses to established organisations, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s objectives.

Ana-Maria also advises businesses on employment matters, with a particular focus on managing employee exits and the employment implications of business acquisitions, disposals and restructures, including TUPE.
