Chris was admitted as a solicitor in 1995, following his training in a central London firm and then practiced as Head of Department and Partner in other central London firms. In 2005 Chris co-founded the practice of VLCW Solicitors where he was a director until joining Vyman Solicitors as a Consultant Solicitor in 2019.
Chris’ main areas of practice are:
• Dispute Resolution including debt collection, contract disputes, landlord and tenant litigation, property disputes and bankruptcy and insolvency;
• Commercial property – in particular, the grant of business tenancies;
• Residential property transactions;
• Residential lease extensions, including statutory lease extensions under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
Outside work, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, playing badminton and watching the occasional boxset. When he can, Chris also enjoys salsa dancing lessons.
