Damyanti is an experienced Law Society accredited Family Law Specialist. She has a friendly manner and strives to assist clients sensitively in achieving an early and an amicable resolution to their problems, whenever possible. Where necessary she will take a firm stand in her client’s interests.

She established Thakker & Co in 1989 and since then was the Senior Partner of this firm until May 2021 when it became part of Vyman Solicitors Limited.

During her 43 year career as a Solicitor in addition to being an accredited Family Specialist, she has gained varied experience in different areas of law:-
(a) Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning.
(b) Probate and Administration of Estate
(c) Will disputes and Inheritance claims
(d) Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client Care.
