Joseph has been with Vyman for 23 years, beginning as a caseworker and qualifying through the CILEx route. He is now the Head of the Crown Court department and a director.

He is a senior litigator, advising and working on the most serious matters to appear before the Crown Courts. His portfolio of work includes the preparation of multiple murder cases, manslaughter cases, cases involving serious violence, serious sexual allegations including offences against children, complex frauds / financial crime and most recently a case involving allegations of terrorism.

Joseph is meticulous in his reading and preparation of large paper cases, meaning that he has a real understanding of the evidential issues and relevant associated topics.

He has instructed and continues to work with some of the top criminal barristers in the UK. He also regularly instructs and has access to a number of eminent and accomplished experts in the fields of psychiatry, psychology, forensic pathology, DNA, fingerprint, cell – site and digital forensics.
