• Litigated the case of one of the successful Post Office appellants, whose conviction was overturned at the Court of Appeal in 2021
• Litigated the case of a defendant facing historic sex offences, who was found not guilty at his trial in the Crown Court
• Successfully opposed a Football Banning Order, allowing a passionate football fan to continue supporting his team, both home and away
• Assisted in persuading the CPS to offer no evidence in the case of a man wrongly accused of kidnap after highlighting discrepancies in the evidence of the alleged victim prior to trial
• Effectively persuaded the CPS to offer no evidence against a man accused of sexual indecency by collating medical evidence to corroborate his legitimate explanation
• Secured the acquittal of a man accused of drug dealing by painstakingly reviewing over 10,000 pages of telephone download evidence
• Obtained expert evidence which contradicted the prosecution’s version of events, securing the acquittal of a man of good character who had been accused of glassing a woman in a bar
• Secured the acquittal in Magistrates’ Court trials of defendants facing charges including fare evasion, assault, allowing to be carried in a stolen vehicle, possession of an offensive weapon, breach of community order, controlling and coercive behaviour and possession of a bladed article.
