Wills and LPA Guidance Fees

Each transaction is unique, and this is a guideline only. The exact cost will depend on the individual circumstances of the matter and when we know the size and likely complexity of the estate and the amount of work involved, we shall then be able to inform you of the likely cost and also the time involved. Our approximate charges are set out below:

Will pricing structure

• Single straightforward Will: £550 + VAT
• Straightforward mirror Wills: £850 + VAT
• Life Interest Trust Will: £800 + VAT
• Two Life Interest Trust Wills: £1,500 + VAT
• More complex matters are charged at our hourly rate

Lasting Powers of Attorney pricing structure

• One LPA: £600 + VAT
• Two LPAs: £1,100 + VAT
• Four LPAs: £1,800 + VAT
• [There is also a Court fee of £82 to register each LPA payable in addition to our fees.]

Please note there is also a court registration fee of £92 per LPA.

Additionally, Onboarding fee of £50+vat and AML checks £15+vat per client.
