Shivani qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and has specialised in property law since 2016. She supports clients across London and the South East, handling commercial sales, purchases, lease negotiations and finance matters with clarity and care.

What drew you to a career in law?
“Pursuing law was a natural path for me – it’s something I’ve been drawn to since childhood. I’ve always wanted to help people in meaningful ways, and law gives me the tools to do just that. What keeps me passionate is knowing that each case is a chance to make a real difference in someone’s life or business journey.”

What kinds of client matters stay with you?
“The ones where I’ve helped someone navigate a high-stakes property transaction – especially when it’s key to their growth or security. I remember clients who opened their first business premises or secured long-term investment opportunities. Seeing the real-world outcomes is incredibly rewarding.”

What matters most to you when advising clients?

What do you enjoy outside the legal world?
“I enjoy balance – travelling, trying new cuisines, yoga, and reading all help me recharge and stay present. I think that calm energy is something clients appreciate too.”
