Our Fixed-Fee Divorce service costs £600 + VAT, plus the £628 HMCTS court application fee.
Additional costs may apply if your divorce requires work outside the standard fixed-fee service.

No. The HMCTS divorce application fee of £628 is payable separately.
A simple divorce can take between 6-8 months depending on the court processing times. However, if the other party does not cooperate or if finances are involved it could take longer.
If your spouse does not engage with the divorce process, additional steps may be required. This can include arranging for the application to be personally served.
This falls outside the standard fixed-fee service and additional legal and third-party costs may apply. We will discuss these with you before proceeding.
