Taking into account the Government’s guidance in relation to the Covid 19 situation, we have adopted a social distancing policy applicable to our staff and our dealings with our clients, contacts and third parties.

We will be continuing to provide legal services as before, but the method of delivery may be adjusted as set out below.

We are encouraging certain members of staff to work remotely.

We are encouraging alternative methods of “meeting”, for example, using telephone, conference facilities, or video conferencing facilities. We have established appropriate arrangements in order to effect this.

Where meetings in person are being held, we request all participants to withdraw if, in accordance with Government guidance, they have any Covid 19 symptoms (coughing, difficulty breathing or fever) or have been in contact with persons who have displayed such symptoms within the last 14 days.

Where meetings are being held, we would request all participants to maintain a healthy distance and avoid physical contact.

We of course remind everyone of the need for being vigilant in relation to guidelines about hand washing and hygiene.

“We are very pleased that Bottrill Senior Partners Michael Bottrill and Zharna Sutaria are now a part of our team,” said Anup Vyas, Senior Director at Vyman. “They bring with them a wealth of experience in Family Law and it means that we can expand the existing service offering we have here at Vyman.”

Michael has over 40 years’ experience in private practice and has specialist knowledge of divorce and family law. He has also acted as a Deputy District Judge. He is a member of Resolution, an organisation that adopts the principal of a non-confrontational and constructive approach to family disputes.

Zharna Sutaria has over 15 years’ experience of family law. She is also a member of Resolution and an accredited member of the Law Society Family Law Scheme. Zharna will be heading Vyman’s Family Law Department and will be a Director at our new Pinner office.

With this acquisition, we will now be able to offer Family Law services to our private clients complementing our existing private client services of Conveyancing, Wealth Management, Wills, Trusts & Probate.

We will also be offering a full range of legal services to business, commercial and private clients from our Pinner offices in addition to our Harrow offices.[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column]
